The Easiest Way to Book a Party Bus Rental in Bensalem
Partybusinphiladelphia.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — a fast, free way to see different vehicles, packages, and rates from transportation companies serving Bensalem, Bucks County, and all of the Philadelphia metro area, all in one place. Fill out one quick form with your date, group size, and pickup details, and you'll get pricing options back in seconds.
No account required. No commitment. Just a straightforward look at what's available for your trip.
Instead of calling company after company, describing your itinerary from scratch each time, and waiting on callbacks that never line up — you put your details in once and compare. You're not limited to a single fleet or a single price. The network includes everything from 14-passenger Sprinter limos and 15–35 passenger minibuses to full 40–56 passenger charter buses, so whatever your group size or occasion, there's a bus in the network for it.

Get the Bensalem Bus Amenities You Want
Not every Bensalem group trip calls for the same ride. A 25-passenger party bus bound for a bachelorette night in Old City typically comes with wraparound seating, LED lighting, a sound system with Bluetooth, and flat-panel TVs built in. A minibus shuttling guests between a Bensalem hotel block and a reception venue in New Hope is more about climate control and reclining seats — comfort over flash.
Charter buses running groups down I-95 to a Philadelphia Eagles game at Lincoln Financial Field carry undercarriage storage bays and onboard restrooms, which matter a lot on a two-hour pregame crawl through South Philly traffic.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but the comparison tool surfaces all of that up front — pictures, specs, and pricing side by side. Call 267-521-1350 and the team can help you match the right vehicle to your exact trip.

Bensalem Party Bus Rates Built for Your Budget
Bensalem party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, how many hours you need, and when your trip falls. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus typically runs $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus runs closer to $300–$375 on weekdays and $325–$425 on weekends.
A full 56-passenger charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour either way, making it surprisingly efficient for large groups heading somewhere like Citizens Bank Park or Xfinity Mobile Arena. Those are planning ranges — actual pricing moves with the date, event demand, and route. Eagles home games and prom weekends in May tighten supply fast across Bucks County.

Why Groups in Bensalem Compare Before They Book
Booking group transportation out of Bensalem used to mean spending an afternoon on hold with bus companies, each one limited to their own fleet, their own availability, and their own pricing. Partybusinphiladelphia.com replaces that entirely. One form. One call.
Pricing from a network of transportation companies serving Bensalem, Bucks County, and the whole Philadelphia metro — back to you in seconds.
That's the core advantage: you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date. If your group is 14 people heading to a Phillies game, there's a Sprinter limo for that. If you're organizing 80 employees for a corporate shuttle from a Street Road office park to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, there's a charter bus package for that too.
The comparison tool shows you what's in the network for your trip — side by side, no pressure, no account needed.
For anything more custom — multi-stop itineraries, multi-vehicle packages, same-day questions — the phone team is available every day of the year at 267-521-1350. Get a free quote at no obligation, any time.
Bensalem Party Bus Services
Whether your group is heading to PHL, catching a show at the Met Philadelphia, celebrating prom night, or shuttling wedding guests between venues along the Delaware River, there's a Bensalem bus rental in the network built for it. Here's a look at the most common trips out of Bensalem and how the logistics actually work.

Bensalem Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) sits about 22 miles southwest of Bensalem — roughly 30–45 minutes down I-95 South under normal conditions, longer on Monday and Friday mornings when the Schuylkill Expressway interchange backs up past the Vine Street exit. Groups flying out together — family reunions, corporate teams, destination wedding parties — lose time and money fast when everyone drives separately and parks in the economy lots, which PHL's official parking page lists starting at $17/day for uncovered Economy Lot parking. For a group of 12 traveling for a week, that's north of $1,400 in parking before anyone boards a plane.
A charter bus or minibus from Bensalem drops the full group at the departures curb — terminal by terminal — and eliminates the lot entirely. On the arrivals side, commercial vehicles use the designated ground transportation lanes on the lower level of each terminal. Gather your full group with luggage before calling for pickup — PHL's arrivals lanes move fast and the window for a commercial vehicle is short.
Review the PHL ground transportation page for current lane assignments before your travel date. Call 267-521-1350 to get a quote for your PHL group transfer.

Bensalem Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Bensalem bachelorette party can hit Old City, Fishtown, and Northern Liberties in a single night — three of Philadelphia's best bar districts — without anyone worrying about how to get back to the hotel on Street Road at 2am. Old City on a Friday night means packed rideshare queues on Chestnut Street, and surge pricing after midnight runs 2–3x standard rates. The Delaware River waterfront bars and Fishtown's Front Street corridor are close to each other by bus, not so close on foot at the end of the night.
A Philadelphia bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group together from the first pickup in Bensalem through every stop — no one gets separated, no one calls five Ubers at last call. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus comes with LED lighting, a sound system, and room to keep the energy going between bars. Call 267-521-1350 to lock in your date — Saturday nights in Philly book out fast, especially in June.

Bensalem Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable ways to pull up to a Sweet 16 or quinceañera in Bucks County — and a Philadelphia-area birthday party bus rental makes the logistics easy whether the event is at a Bensalem banquet hall or a venue farther into the city. For smaller groups of 15–20, a party bus with LED lighting and a sound system carries the celebration from the house to the venue and back. For larger guest lists heading somewhere like the Valley Square area banquet venues or a venue in Doylestown, a charter bus or larger party bus in the 40–50 passenger range keeps everyone on one itinerary.
For milestone adult birthdays — dinner at a Center City restaurant followed by a bar crawl through Rittenhouse or South Street — a Sprinter limo or 20-passenger party bus is a clean fit. Fill out the form or call 267-521-1350 to check what's available for your date.

Bensalem Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the Philadelphia region's major concert venues sit inside the city — and getting there from Bensalem by car on a show night means navigating I-95, finding event parking, and then reversing the whole process at midnight with 20,000 other people trying to do the same thing. Xfinity Mobile Arena (formerly the Wells Fargo Center) and Lincoln Financial Field share a parking footprint in South Philly where stadium lots sell out and street parking on Pattison Avenue gets locked down hours before doors open. The Xfinity Mobile Arena bus rental guide walks through exactly where commercial vehicles drop off and stage.
For outdoor shows, the Mann Center in Fairmount Park and Freedom Mortgage Pavilion on the Camden waterfront both require specific drop-off coordination that a charter bus handles automatically. A Philadelphia-area concert bus rental keeps your group from Street Road or Bristol Pike straight to the venue entrance and back — no parking, no rideshare surge pricing at 11pm. Call 267-521-1350 for concert night availability.

Bensalem Corporate Event Transportation
Bensalem sits at the intersection of Street Road and I-95, which puts it inside the commuter ring for corporate campuses all along the Route 1 corridor — from the Lower Bucks County office parks up through Princeton. Getting employees or clients between a Bensalem conference hotel and a downtown Philadelphia meeting venue during business hours means sitting in I-95 construction delays or navigating the confusing one-way grid around Market Street with a dozen cars and no guarantee everyone arrives at the same time.
A Philadelphia corporate charter bus rental consolidates the whole group into one vehicle. Minibuses work well for executive teams of 15–20; full charter buses handle company-wide shuttles for conferences at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (1101 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19107), where bus drop-off happens on the Arch Street side of the building. For multi-day conference schedules or shuttle circuits between a Bensalem hotel and multiple downtown stops, call 267-521-1350 to build a custom package.

Bensalem Private Event Transportation Services
Bensalem's location at the southern tip of Bucks County puts it within easy reach of some of the region's biggest private event draws — the Parx Casino entertainment complex on Street Road, the Delaware River waterfront venues in Bristol, and the sprawling event spaces along Route 1. When a family reunion, church group, or large private party needs to move 50 or 80 people from a Bensalem starting point to a venue across Bucks County or into Philadelphia, individual cars and rideshares turn into a coordination problem fast.
A Philadelphia-area private event charter bus rental handles the whole group on one pickup and one drop-off. For multi-stop private itineraries — dinner, then a casino stop, then a waterfront bar — the bus stages between stops so there's no scramble for parking at each location. Call 267-521-1350 to put together a custom itinerary quote.

Bensalem Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season runs late April through mid-May across Bucks County, and demand for party buses out of Bensalem — covering Bensalem High School and the surrounding township schools — tightens fast once March hits. The Saturday nights in that six-week window are the most competitive booking period of the year for the entire region. Waiting until April to book almost always means premium pricing or limited vehicle options.
Book by January or February to lock in your preferred bus and a predictable rate.
A prom party bus rental for a Bensalem group typically runs 4–6 hours, covers pickup at multiple addresses across the township, and handles the venue drop-off and return without anyone's parent driving a convoy of teenagers on Route 1 at midnight. Call 267-521-1350 now — spring availability goes fast.

Bensalem School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones organizing a Bensalem school field trip have enough to manage without adding parking logistics at a Philadelphia museum or venue into the mix. The Franklin Institute (222 N 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103) sits on the Ben Franklin Parkway where bus drop-off uses the north side of the building along Winter Street — a designated loading zone that keeps groups out of the Parkway traffic. The Philadelphia Zoo (3400 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104) has a dedicated bus lot off of Girard Avenue that accommodates oversized vehicles.
A Philadelphia school event bus rental found through Partybusinphiladelphia.com includes vehicles with PA systems and overhead storage for lunches and gear, and ADA-accessible options are available in the network — just mention it when you fill out the form. Charter buses with onboard restrooms are the right call for longer day trips heading beyond the city. Call 267-521-1350 to check availability for your school group's date.

Bensalem Sporting Event Transportation
Eagles games at Lincoln Financial Field (1 Lincoln Financial Field Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148) are among the most logistically intense events in the Philadelphia region. The parking lots around the stadium fill hours before kickoff, NovaCare Complex road closures on game days force late arrivals onto surface streets in South Philly, and the rideshare pickup queue at the designated lot on Pattison Avenue after the final whistle regularly runs 45–60 minutes. The Lincoln Financial Field bus rental guide has the full commercial vehicle approach and drop-off detail.
From Bensalem, a tailgate charter bus down I-95 South puts your group at the stadium approach with pregame energy already built up — and it picks everyone up at the same spot after the game. Phillies fans heading to Citizens Bank Park (1 Citizens Bank Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148) have the same equation: the Citizens Bank Park bus rental guide covers parking and drop-off specifics. A Philadelphia sporting event charter bus rental from Bensalem is the move — call 267-521-1350 to book.

Bensalem Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding venues in and around Bucks County — from the historic Andalusia estate on the Delaware River to inn-style venues in New Hope — are spread across a geography that makes hotel-to-venue guest shuttles genuinely complicated without a dedicated bus. Out-of-town wedding guests staying at a Bensalem hotel near Street Road typically don't have a car and can't easily navigate Route 13 or the Newtown Bypass to a rural venue. A shuttle that doesn't show up or runs late ripples through the entire ceremony timeline.
A Philadelphia-area wedding shuttle bus rental found through Partybusinphiladelphia.com makes it easy to line up the vehicle, the pickup windows, and the return loop in one request. Minibuses handle guest counts of 15–30 cleanly; for larger wedding parties needing multiple runs, charter buses cover the full guest list in fewer trips. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a clean fit for bridal party transportation to the ceremony itself.
Call 267-521-1350 well ahead of your date — June and October Saturdays in Bucks County book months out.

Bensalem Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Bucks County's wine trail puts multiple vineyards within 30–45 minutes of Bensalem — Sand Castle Winery (755 River Rd, Erwinna, PA 18920) sits on the Delaware River north of New Hope, and Crossing Vineyards and Winery (1853 Wrightstown Rd, Washington Crossing, PA 18977) sits on a historic 200-acre farm just off Route 532. Both are worth the drive, and neither has meaningful parking-lot pain for a charter bus — the challenge is getting a group of 20 safely between tasting rooms on River Road's winding two-lane stretches.
A Bucks County winery tour bus rental solves that entirely. The bus stages at each vineyard while your group does the tasting, then moves on when you're ready. No one is designated driver, no one misses a stop, and the return to Bensalem at the end of the afternoon is already handled.
Call 267-521-1350 to put together a custom multi-stop winery itinerary.

Partybusinphiladelphia.com is a quote-comparison and referral website — not a bus company and not a motor carrier. It does not own, operate, or dispatch any vehicles. What it does is make it fast and free to see pricing and vehicle options from transportation companies serving Bensalem and the Philadelphia region, all in one place, without an account or any commitment.

How much does a party bus cost in Bensalem?
Party bus rental prices out of Bensalem depend on the vehicle size, the hours, and your travel date. As planning reference points: a 15-passenger party bus runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$350 on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends.
A 40–56 passenger charter bus comes in around $200–$350/hour. Prices move with event demand — Eagles game weekends and May prom Saturdays both push rates higher across the network. For pricing on your specific date, call 267-521-1350 or use the online form.
You'll have pricing back in about a minute.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for a Bensalem trip?
Party buses are built for the ride itself — LED lighting, sound systems, perimeter seating, and a bar setup inside. They're the right fit for bachelorette nights, birthday celebrations, and prom where the bus is part of the event. Charter buses are built for transport — reclining forward-facing seats, undercarriage storage, onboard restrooms, and WiFi on select vehicles.
They're the right call for airport transfers, stadium runs, school trips, and corporate shuttles where comfort and capacity matter more than ambiance. Minibuses split the difference for smaller groups needing a clean, comfortable ride without the full party-bus setup.
How far is Bensalem from Philadelphia's major sports venues?
Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, and Xfinity Mobile Arena are all clustered in South Philadelphia — roughly 22–25 miles from Bensalem via I-95 South. Under normal conditions that's 30–40 minutes. On Eagles game days, the I-95/I-76 interchange near the stadiums backs up significantly, and road closures on Pattison Avenue can add another 20–30 minutes to a self-drive trip.
A charter bus from Bensalem takes the same roads but eliminates the parking search and post-game rideshare wait entirely. Call 267-521-1350 to book a game-day run.
Can a party bus pick up at multiple addresses in Bensalem before heading into Philadelphia?
Yes — multi-stop pickup itineraries within Bensalem or across Bucks County are common. Just include your pickup addresses and sequence when you fill out the form or call 267-521-1350. The team will factor route and timing into your quote.
The Street Road and Bristol Pike corridors in Bensalem are straightforward for large vehicles, so multi-stop pickups across the township don't add significant complexity. Just plan an extra 15–20 minutes of total pickup time for every two or three stops added to the route.
Are there venues near Bensalem where parking is genuinely difficult?
Several. Parx Casino on Street Road has its own lot, but on weekend nights the surface lot fills and valet lines back up. Old City Philadelphia has almost no evening parking — the metered spots along 2nd and 3rd Street fill by 7pm on weekends and the nearest garages are several blocks from the main bar corridor.
The Mann Center in Fairmount Park has limited lot space that disappears fast for big summer shows. For all three, a bus that drops the group curbside and handles the return is far easier than managing parking individually.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events — birthday nights, winery tours, corporate shuttles — two to four weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection and pricing. For Eagles home games, prom weekends in May, and summer Saturday nights in Philadelphia, four to six months out is realistic if you want specific vehicle types at planning-range prices. Prom in particular: Bensalem-area high schools hold spring formals in the same six-week window as every other Bucks County school, and the network thins quickly.
Book prom by January or February. Call 267-521-1350 as soon as your date is set.
Popular Bensalem Party Bus Destinations
Bensalem groups head in a lot of directions — south on I-95 to the Philadelphia sports complex, north along River Road into Bucks County wine country, or east across the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge into New Jersey. Here are six destinations that consistently come up in trip planning out of Bensalem, along with what the logistics actually look like on the ground.

Parx Casino
Parx Casino (2999 Street Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020) is the largest casino in Pennsylvania by revenue and sits directly on Street Road — Bensalem's main commercial corridor. It includes a sportsbook, poker room, multiple restaurants, and a live entertainment venue, Parx Live, that draws regional touring acts. For groups, the main challenge isn't distance — it's parking on weekend nights, when the surface lot between the main entrance and the hotel fills by early evening and valet lines stretch outside.
A minibus or Sprinter van drops the group at the main entrance, stages nearby, and returns when the group is ready — no lot circling, no valet wait.
Address: 2999 Street Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020 | Phone: 267-521-1350

Lincoln Financial Field
Lincoln Financial Field (1 Lincoln Financial Field Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148) is 22 miles south of Bensalem via I-95 — the home of the Philadelphia Eagles and the city's largest stadium at 69,796 seats. Parking around the Linc runs $40–$65 per vehicle for reserved lots, with the cheapest options a significant walk from the gates. The rideshare pickup zone on Pattison Avenue after evening games regularly backs up 45–60 minutes.
Commercial vehicles approach via Broad Street South and use the stadium's designated bus drop-off loop. The Lincoln Financial Field charter bus guide has the current drop-off approach detail. A Bensalem tailgate charter bus puts your group at the gate and retrieves everyone in the same spot after the game.
Phone: (215) 463-5500

Citizens Bank Park
Citizens Bank Park (1 Citizens Bank Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148) sits adjacent to Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia and is home to the Philadelphia Phillies. The park seats 42,792 and draws some of the most consistent game-day crowds in the National League. Phillies game nights — especially postseason or rivalry matchups — see the Pattison Avenue corridor lock up as tightly as Eagles Sundays, with lot prices in the $30–$50 range.
The Citizens Bank Park bus guide covers commercial vehicle drop-off positioning and where buses stage during the game. For a Bensalem group heading to a night game, the I-95 approach is clean until about the Broad Street exit, where event traffic starts to merge. Getting there by charter bus means skipping all of that.
Phone: (215) 463-1000

The Met Philadelphia
The Met Philadelphia (858 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19130) is a fully restored 1908 opera house on North Broad Street that now hosts some of the most sought-after touring concerts in the Philadelphia market. Its 3,500-person capacity and ornate interior make it a standout venue — and North Broad Street on a show night is one of the trickier approaches in the city. Metered parking along Broad runs out fast, the Temple University campus garages nearby fill with students and event attendees, and the loading zones on either side of the venue have strict time limits enforced by the city.
The Met Philadelphia bus rental guide covers curbside drop-off positioning. A charter bus from Bensalem down I-95 and up I-676 to Broad Street lands the group steps from the entrance.
Phone: (215) 309-0150

New Hope, Pennsylvania
New Hope (roughly 20 miles north of Bensalem on Route 202 or River Road) is one of Bucks County's most popular day-trip and night-out destinations — a walkable riverside borough with galleries, restaurants, bars, and the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad. The issue: New Hope's Main Street and Bridge Street corridor is narrow, and on summer weekends and fall foliage weekends, the small downtown parking lots fill before noon. The Ferry Street lot and the lots off Mechanic Street are the main public options, and they're gone early.
A charter bus or minibus from Bensalem drops the group on Bridge Street, stages in one of the larger lots near the edge of the borough, and retrieves the group when the night ends — no parking hunt, no shuttle between distant lots and dinner. River Road is scenic but tight for oversized vehicles; confirm approach routing when you book.

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion
Freedom Mortgage Pavilion (1 Harbour Blvd, Camden, NJ 08103) is a 25,000-capacity outdoor amphitheater on the Camden waterfront, directly across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. From Bensalem, the typical approach crosses either the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge or runs south on I-95 and across the Ben Franklin Bridge into Camden — both routes converge on Harbour Boulevard, which becomes a single point of congestion on summer concert nights. The venue's own parking is limited and sells out for major shows; Camden's surrounding streets have little public parking.
The Freedom Mortgage Pavilion bus guide has drop-off detail. A bus from Bensalem handles the bridge crossing and drops the group at the main entrance while everyone else is stuck in the Harbour Boulevard queue.
